He has diereha ( spelling no clue ) and it had a little bit of blood in it i think and like he was like vomiting clear stuff water??? like he breathes really slow, but like once in a while he'll breath faster. Hes just laying around. What do you think wrongs with him?!?!? I also found like some red stuff in his hair, not blood it was like stuck in his hair it was powderery.. could it be poisining, theyve had problems with there neighbors "feeding" the past dogs before.

If you think he might have gotten into something poisonous, you might try calling animal poison control. If you don't have one in your area, then I'd look for an emergency vet.

If you don't feel he's gotten into anything poisonous, try taking away his food and water for 12 hours. Give an ice cube or two but that's it. then tomorrow, assuming he's not worse, feed him a mixture of chopped up boiled chicken and white rice. Do that until his stool firms up. Tonight you can give him some canned PLAIN pumpkin, not pie mix. This helps with the runs. Maybe 3-4 TBLS.

IF you notice any significant breathing problems, go an emergency vet immediately.

I'm with salem witch child...Get him to the vet's NOW!!If you have had poisining cases in your area. run, don't walk to your vet's. Waiting till tomorrow might prove to be wrong thing. My dog would have been there the minute I saw the stuff in his fur. and blood in diarhea is serious too.Could it be some chocolate from Easter that he found? That is also an emerg. GO NOW. Salem is right.

Go to the emergence vets down there in Monoreville. They are good and u will get in quick. He must be seen or he might die if they are poisoning dogs that is typical of the big city. Get the poor dog some help now.

What made me worried is you say he's lethargic and breathing differently. I wouldn't take any chances.
