My dog poops while she sleeps

First...I'm sorry if this grosses you out. But for the past few days, my little 6 year old dog will "cut the cheese" when she sleeps and a little marble size poop will come out. Has anyone experienced their dog doing this? I have started feeding her early afternoon and then taking her for a hike. She potties...but still does this at night.

How log has she been doing this? I have never heard of a dog doing that but I am familiar with Koni farting in his sleep.

Sometimes jake will drop a "pebble" in the house - I think that it is becuase they weren;t 100% done with their business...

It's just lately been happening...it seems to have stopped since I feed her earlier in the day and take her for a walk and cut her snacks before bedtime. BTW...we were calling her Easter Bunny for laying those little surprises. For the past couple of days, though...she been a good Daisy.
