Red face Using Frontline...

Do you have to use Frontline through the winter time too? Or can you skip the winter months?

I chose not to use it in the winter when i lived in Michigan since it got so cold it killed all the bugs. I would stop in november and restart in march and i never had a problem.

depends on where you live if it is extremely cold and you don't travel to warm climate then probably not

I used it last year. Stopped during winter and so far I have not saw fleas on Kota so I haven't started her on it again.

I used to use Frontline on my dogs but never in the winter months. No need to in Vermont. Now that my dog is well over 100lbs I use Advantix because its a lot cheaper for me.

i used it year round this year. we had a fairly mild winter in CT and i didn't want to take any chances, even if we did have one or two good snowstorms, it was in the 30's & 40's alot of weeks.
