Kirara is looking for a new home!

Alycia just cant handle her and so Kirara needs a new home. She needs someone who can handle and train her and someone who can get her the exercise she desperately needs.

Kirara is a 1 1/2 year old coyote/sheltie mix. No attention span at all but a hoot to be around. Plays well with other dogs and is trained easily. Little too hyper for cats. Is fine around little dogs. HATES the color black. She will bite if someone is wearing all black.

I am going to miss her so much but she just isnt a dog for an apartment which I told my sister and thankfully she is finally listening.
Please if you know anyone in alabama looking for a dog and would be a good home for her contact me. Alycia is going to put an ad in the bulletin board and I cant gaurrantee she will get a terrific home like Budweiser did.

i would not suggest broadly announcing she is coyotee maybe? i know wold hybrids are put down and back home vets were not allowed to give any hybrids shots they were to report them. is it like that where everyone is?

yep its like that here too. We just put her in the computer as a sheltie mix. Most everyone knows she has coyote in her though. Most people ask too.

River, I am not trying to judge, but looking at past threads, it sure seems your family is quick to rehome a dog.
Posts I can think of off the top of my head are Nick, Budweiser, Kirara, River

I didnt have Budweiser when I joined on here did I? No because he would be three now and I rehomed him when he was 9 months old. Budweiser was to much dog for me plus I was alot younger and naive then. He got an awesome home where he gets to herd and play with labs all day! Plus he gets to ride on a four wheeler!
Nick needs a new home because of his aggression. Something that cant be helped.
Kirara needs a new home because my sister is trying to keep her in an apartment. Plus my sister hits her.
River has her hard times where she really makes me consider it but I know I will never be able to give her up.

Yes you are right my MOTHER is quick to rehome. So is Alycia but Krysten and I arent. My mother has made me rehome my most favorite dogs such as Precious and Faith. I miss them terribly and I still dont forgive her for that. She is the one that keeps getting animals and then once they grow up she doesnt want to handle with them anymore. Pretty much she does that with cats which she has just recently done. We have been through so many cats it is unbelievable. Even if the cat is mine or my sister's once it gets older my mom wont let us keep him/her anymore. She just got a kitten a while back and now she is 9 months old and is getting to be a handful just like any other kitten and she wants to in her words 'get rid of her' I keep asking her if she isnt a cat person then why does she keep getting them?

She would never let go of her dogs though. She is quick to rehome ours but nobody can touch hers! Makes me sick I know. I hate being a part of this family only because of their thoughts about how to treat and train animals. You cant reason with them and they wont listen to me. That is why I am trying to find Kirara a good home. She needs to get out of this family.

I know how hard Kirara is to handle. She was originally mine, we didnt bond at all so my sister took her and they bonded instantly. I have never seen a bond so close but yet my sister can still hit her. How Kirara can be so dedicated to someone who abuses her I have no idea.

It doesn't matter if you had Budweiser when you were a member or not, I just included that in the track record.

I really wish your family would consider the future of these animals before they get them.

Again, I am not trying to judge and bash you.

dont worry I know your not. Go ahead and bash my family though! I wish someone could knock some sense into them. They seem to think if they get a puppy that it will grow up to be the best dog that listens perfectly. If it doesnt them oh I guess it needs a new home. Makes me sooooo mad!! Of course it is all their fault because not one of them researches the breeds. My mother wanted a Pom so I researched it knowing she wouldnt be happy with that breed and I let her read all the research and she ended up saying "Oh never mind" thank goodness!
