Lightbulb lucy's tumors, new one + diarrhea

my brother's friend's dog lucy is very very sick. the poor baby has had a bad medical history. 1. tumors developed last week
2. she had diarrhea
3. just yesterday, a new tumor sprung up.
could this be cancer. if so, do they need to put her to sleep?
i need solid answers

Many, many tumors (probably best called lumps for now) wind up, upon further examination by a vet, to be nothing but fatty, benign tumors that aren't dangerous.

Don't jump to any conclusions and get yourself worked up. Knowledge is power so get your dog to a vet for an exam.

Even if they are cancerous, often they can be removed and, if needed, additional treatment done.

Forgot to add this - Diarrhea can be caused by many things. Something they ate out in the yard, medications, change in dog food, a parasite and many other things.

Depending how long it's been going on you can try feeding your dog a bland food such as boiled chicken cut-up mixed with brown rice. You can also try giving some unspiced pumpkin (from a can). Don't get pie mix, which is spiced. I don't know the size of your dog to tell you how much to give with each meal.

If this doesn't clear it up within 1-2 days, a vet visit is in order because diarrhea can quickly dehydrate your dog.

If your dog has already had diarrhea for more than a few days, go see your vet asap.

i know this post was started long ago. i begin my reply by saying she is getting better every day. and has a long life ahead of her. compared to the vets grim prognosis a few months ago.

she died sunday. the tumors had spread. and they left her happily playing in the backyard, and mr. bruce went to check on her. minutes later they were petting her lifeless body. the vet said, there is nothing i can do. charlie and i hoped this wouldn't happen. because we came to do our daily rounds, and when she didn't bark, i knew something was wrong.
