Furminator is AMAZING

We brushed Zoe and one of the cats for about 1/2 hr with the Furminator. She had just gotten brushed yesterday so she was not needing it. But WOW, and it still hasn't made that big of a dent in it!
It is SOOO satisfying too, making this thread makes me want to brush her more!
And it only put me back $35!
Zoe and her furball
She looks much more slick now

I am seriously concidering buying one of these for my pups. With the change in season they are shedding like mad. Also my one pup has a really thick double coat. My fiance said go ahead and order it, but I'm going to see if any of the local shops carry it. WOW! Crazy the amount of hair it gets rid of!

That looks like a lot of hair. I may need to try one for Dax.

I don't know what exactly makes it work so well, but it's a dream come true. It saves us sooo much time in the groom shop.

I am getting one this weekend. My favorite pet supply store carries them and they have put one on hold for me. Yah! I can't wait!

Would you use one on a Pom?

I'm going to use it on my pom Debbie. I think it can be used on any dog or cat. Especially for dog with a thick undercoat. I can't wait. It might cut down on the endless furballs floating around on my tile floor. lol

It looks very safe and Zoe isn't a big fan of being brushed likes it.The teeth are short and really close together, so they only allow the top guard hairs through, while the undercoat gets jammed up underneith. I could see this being harsh if your dog was tangled, but since Zoe just got brushed she was fine.
You also need fairly little pressure.

Unless the Pom is really, really teeny. I think Cali would be big enough.

I only say that because you have to apply pressure to really get it to work- A little eeny dog wouldn't appreciate that much.
