Don't panic, pups will ingest a lot worse than a candy wrapper. It'll probably come out in his stool. Watch for the colour in the stool when he goes. Red is not blood if the wrapper was red lol.

i have seen dogs pass all kinds of things from birdseed whole to panyhose and aluminum foil, just keep a watch as long as the dog is eating and deficating as normal over next several days and doesnt seem to bloat or seem uncomfortable you are fine I doubt it will harm the dog at all, just keep an eye out to be on safe side but something that small no.

How funny you should mention birdseed today. This morning on our walk, Jett stopped to dump and as I came closer I noticed that he has been eating birdseed. A couple of weeks ago I thought I saw something blue coming from his nether region and pulled out a tiny piece of deteriorated tarp that had been put in the garbage. Bianca likes to scope out the little bathroom garbage can and has come out sporting a used piece of gum in her beard now and then.

yeah, well my crazy white trash neighbors have water balloon fights almost daily. they don't seem to care that i have a dog. they chuck cigarette butts, beer bottle caps, firecrackers, and balloons on my lawn. maddux loves all of it.

as for "the incident", i had to pick it up to look at it. i saw the little knot. that's when i knew it was a balloon.
