Supplements for Recovering Hair Loss

What is the best treatment for a dog recovering from mange? My mothers Golden has had a secnd round of mange (1st time she was about 1, and now at 2 1/2) with this last time being the worse. Her skin is REALLY irritated and shes lost a lot of hair (she doesn’t have any bald spots but her hair has really thinned out) Ive told my mother that we can order something that will work for both dogs and that I'll pay half.
We order from Jeffers pet, and I don’t know if it would be better to order something in pill form, a liquid for the food or a cream directly onto the coat. I'd really appreciate any advice.
We are willing to try anything. She is currently undergoing a diet change, she has had half the treatment for the mange, (Ivomec 1st dose, second dose today) and we are looking at different vitamins and supplements for her skin and coat as well as for her body. Please help!

when poppy lost a lot of her fur due to a skin infection and it went really, really patchy the vet put her on vet strength evening primrose oil. once she finished those she said she could have ordinary off the shelf evening primrose oil capsules. poppy is a lab and the vet said she should have 1 x 500mg capsule per day.
