Dog started wheezing

I dunno if I should be worried. My 6 month old Pit-Bull Aussie Shephard Mix started wheezing and drooling esp. when she drinks, she has also lost her voice. We just got new neighbors and she's been barking alot (happened overnight). She doesn't act sick, still bounces around and plays like there's no tomorrow. I'm wondering if it's just from the consistant barking or what
! please help

I would be concerned. Check the inside of the puppy's mouth to make sure there isn't anything stuck in there.
If she is not able to make sound I would take her to the vet to have her throat looked at. If there is something stuck in her throat it could become infected and cause a real problem.
I think it would be best to have a vet check it out.

I agree with Mara. Check your Puppies throat and look for a foreign body or see if anything is there that might cause her wheezing. If this is all clear, lift her lip up and check her Gums to make sure there a nice pinky colour. If blue - go to Vet straight away.

I would think it was worth paying a visit to your Vet to be on the safe side and to make sure nothing is going on there like a chest infection and also have her thracheya checked to rule out narrowing and irritation.

I do think that there is something going on with the upper respiratory tract. I would have her checked out immdeiately. Is she eating without problems? The fact that this is a sudden change causes me some concern.

Any udates would be appreciated.
