Throwing up LATE at night?

Almost EVERY night, Tattoo wakes me up around 2-3am making that noise like he's about to throw up. So I get him and put him on the floor and he usually does. It usually is clear, and has a little grass and food in it. I dont understand why the only time he gets sick is early in the morning like that. Also, he puts off this AWFUL odor from his butt- Im guessing he needs his ana.l glands cleaned. I dont want it to hurt him but Im sure it will.. its so bad he cant even sleep with me..

If you can smell his **** glands.. typically, they dont need to be expressed.

You should try spreading out feeding more throughout the day. Feed later at night and earlier in the morning. Could be his stomach is empty and making him feel nauseated.

Barber is on a distinguished road
Well if it is his **** Glad Smelling it won't hurt him if you express it. just take a tissue and push under his anus toward his tail and it should release if this doesn't work maybe it is time to take him to the doctor. He also could have a little bit of acid reflux going on making him throw up.
