Spots on tongue
My dog is about 3 years old. When I got him 2 years ago, I saw he had a black spot on his tongue, but now a new one is developing on the tip. Is it normal for these spots to develop spontaneously, at any time? Thanks.

Since your dog already had a black spot, I think it's probably all right, but I would see a vet just to be sure. A new spot could mean something more than a pigment change.
