Thank Goodness For Contracts

This is bracken he is a pup from barleys and riley’s litter, we had to go and get him back from his first home as we discovered he was being left alone for far to long (9 hrs daily,) his owners had separated / he was working full time, but he had no problems about us taking the pup- he seemed relieved, as he was homed under contract we had no problems in getting him back,
(They had in fact broken several of our conditions,)
We worked very hard with bracken for 3 weeks, we had to toilet train, lead train, and re do all his socialisation, and basic obedience but it is so rewarding seeing a happy confident baby who has learnt its fun being a pup again, (and I loved doing it lol)
He went to his forever home and has now been there for three weeks, they all ready have a four-year-old castrated male, and they completely love each other, we were a bit worried that they had a cat and held our breaths when they first met but as you will see from the piccies brackens new mum sent us they are the best of friends,
His next hurdle is he is being castrated in a couple of weeks as he will be six months old,( in the Uk they wont do it any earlier) but im sure he will be fine, hope you enjoy his pictures,

this is my fav the top one are here with us, darren my hubby training and the other are his fab new home

that's great he's in a good home now.

i have a question, and if you don't answer I'll understand, it's your business.

do you only sale dogs to people who work at home or are home all day? i only ask because you had said that he broke your rule of leaving a dog alone for 9 hours a day.

sorry the pictures are not up im having a few probs, will keep trying!!

It would depend upon each person’s circumstances, but in this case he was locked in a puppy create. All of this time, hence why I was so horrified
Quote he was chewing if I let him out!!!

i can't wait to see the pictures - sounds like you did the guy a favour though by taking him back. at least there was a happy ending for all concerned.
