Sagey Update

I GOT TO SEE HER!!!!!!!!!!'

I was SOOOOOOOOO excited. I was visiting a friend today, who happens to be the room mate of Sage's mommy. I went to the house and who was there to greet me? That's right.... Boo! Boo, aka Sage, is doing AWESOME! She loves it there, you can tell just looking at her. Her coat is coming in amazingly (and I will get pics once we fix the camera, I promise) and she's looking great. She's a happy little dog. The minute she saw me, she went nuts. She ran up to me, wagging that little behind, licking me to death. It was so good to see the little brat. I miss her to death, but I am so glad it turned out so well.

I am so excited that Sagey has a good home. It's such a relief to know that by taking her in, we gave her that second chance she needed. And found her the home she always deserved. The home that was made for her.

It was amazing. I think that as happy as I was to see her so happy, my favorite part was when she turned that corner and recognized me. She saw me as she was walking and came running. It was such a great feeling. Allie was sitting there and she laughed and said that I was the first person she's reacted like that too since she's been here. Just showed me that I really impacted that dog. Knowing that made it all worth it.

I have no doubt you impacted her life. I also feel these foster dog never forget who rescued them!
