Lost Rescued Dog

She was newly adopted, just DAYS ago, and is now LOST!!!!!

If anyone is in that area, KNOWS anyone in that area,
or can help in any way, by getting the word out, please
let me know!!!!!

It is POURING rain here today, and is going to get COLD.
It is already dark. She has NO IDEA where she is as she
was JUST adopted. WHAT A NIGHTMARE.

Medium Size Female - Black and Tan - No collar (slipped)
Hopefully she was microchipped, should have been, not sure.
Her name is TERRA. She is very shy and fearful.

Hi Karen,

I'm emailing with bad news about Terra. She got
spooked and slipped her collar this morning on our
walk and took off running. The police saw her running
down the middle ofthe highway and we followed her
for about three miles before she headed up into some
woods. She paused a few times but would not come to
us or allow us to come to her. I have
alerted the village police, the sheriff's office and the
SPCA but she is still missing.

I know there's nothing you can do but I just wanted to
let know what had happened. I have been driving the
area looking for her and don't know what else to do.
If you have any
advice or ideas I'd appreciate hearing about it.

Oh I hope they find her! Brightstar German Shepherd Rescue is where I want to adopt my next dog from. We might foster for them.

she was found dead on the side of the road..not what anyone was hoping for. I feel bad that she was lost, and scared.
