Ariel says "no good deed goes unpunished"
The area they shaved for the blood donation looks like this.
BTW - this is after the vet cleaned it. It looked even worse. Our vet thinks it's infected. It's really gross. It smells bad too. So yet another vet visit, antibotics and panolog cream. Our clinic has a new vet and he took her temperature the old fashion way. Not a happy girl LOL.

The "good" vets use an electronic one in the ear. The old fashion way goes where the sun don't shine.
Her neck must be quite painful as she squirms when I put the cream on it.

That's a nasty looking sore!!!
 Poor Ariel, and all she was doing was trying to help others. Is the vet you took her to at the same place that did the blood donation? Mara and I send Ariel hugs!!
