Bleach, anybody?

Boy, I sure wasn't kidding when I said it isn't easy keeping Kirby white... We mowed the lawn yesterday, dog came in, turned green... didn't bother me too much, but he was green and the grass that was on him was causing allergic reactions in my mom and brothers. Green dog - To the bath! Then one of the kids dropped some tomatoes on his back... Red Dog - To the bath! Then it rained over night, dog followed kids outside, came back black... Black Dog - To the bath.... Hopefully this will be the last one for a while. LOL, boy am I lucky he likes baths.

Oh, not Moo at all... lol. I was a little preoccupied with having Kirby not stain the walls and such when he went to bounce off of them.

It's an advantage and a curse that you can't see the dirt on a dark dog. Dog looks clean - white socks look dirty.

Mmm, bleach eh? They used that to stop the bleeding in my mouth when I had my wisdom teeth removed. Might turn him green though Moo... bleach can do that you know... mmm, perhaps I shouldn't have said anything. A completely green Kirby could be fun!

You could always take a photo while he's in the tub... Then you don't have to worry about staining anything but him!
I wouldn't bleach my dog. It's such a harsh chemical. It'd ruin his fur, and probably his skin too.

I wouldn't bleach him either, burn some holes or something, I wasn't serious.

I knew you weren't serious Moo, I wasn't serious either about bleaching Kirby (just in case anybody thought I was being nasty).

MuttMania is on a distinguished road
Lol, that's funny. I have the same problem...with my white horse. Unfortunately I can't just truck her off to the tub whenever she gets dirty. She has turned herself into a gorgeous dapple gray, from a distance anyway, as parts of the pasture are really muddy.

If you have trouble getting stains off, use a whitening shampoo. They work pretty good on most stains.

You are VERY lucky he doesn't mind baths. It would get old really fast if he didn't, lol.
