actually, it's more of the rumor that something's wrong, but, they tested the food involved and found no problems. i love that snopes has posted the response from the company.

I would suspect, that if there was a problem detected, then the product would be immediately recalled. I read the article and have a reserved opinion on the good and bad points.

Theres a huge post of it going on in HGS that I had started. Here it is if people want more details and such:
http://www.horsegroomingsupplies.com...it-130834.html My store actually wont even sell it till head office gives us the ok and they will most likely do their own testing, if not our store will be. Purina had said there was nothing wrong but we still dont fully trust them.

My main question would be what all did they test for? So we confirmed it's not aflatoxins. Did they check anything else? The myth on snopes specifically says that mold was the cause and that it was proven wrong. That's not the only possible cause.

It is NOT in Canada and there is no proof that there is a quality issue at this point.
If your aunt is worried, she can contact Purina.ca for more information.
