I know its not on the list! But is their a chance?

She said the pups were all acting normal until they started eating this. They are all pooing normally but just vomitting! BUT just incase they ingested something eles is there something she can give them to flush their systems out!

Pedigree is definitely NOT part of this recall. Their Web site makes a point of assuring customers: http://www.pedigree.com/home.asp

But she's right to suspect food if the reactions came so soon after feeding. Definitely call a vet, but make sure she knows it is not related to this recall.

No they did not but I would be careful with cans.
I talked to a friend who found 3 pedigree cans that smelled and looked so bad that he braught back to Walmart.
At this point,I wouldnt touch cans, unless it's holistic like Merrits or Wellness.

I would suspect it even though it is not on the list. These companies have not had time to check everything and they protect their name first.

Usually when you change to a new food you see diarrhea but not as often vomiting.

It could be the fact they are upset because they left their first home or she may be the breeder...hope they are better soon but I would call a couple vets. Wal-mart, Petsmart etc sell Pedigree in the can.

these pups are form a breeding. I have seen these pups they are all very healthy pups! BUt this just came out a nowhere! But SHe was wondering if maybe they got into something. She already called 1-800# and they assured her it was not food. SO she thinks they may have been licking on the floor she recently washed floors with pinesol but it was dry! So is there anything she can use to flush system

http://www.google.com/search?q=pinesol+and+puppies

go down about 10 entries to the one that starts with vinegar.

I've looked everywhere and everyone seems to clean with it with pups but I thats all I could come up.

I'm really concerned as to what it could be.

I feed mine Pedigree and haven't had any problems with it. So the culprit must be something else (or maybe they are just sensitive to something in it.
There are so many things that can affect the digestive tract. Anything from drinking water from the driveway *with all of the car fluids that can be mixed in..to something in the house...cleaning fluids can be very dangerous*.

Sounds like a bit of a mystery, I hope you can discover the source soon.

Good luck and please keep us posted.
