bernice's trip to the vet

well, it's time for bernice's annual vet visit so I took her sat to the vet.

while i was there I saw two people come in with pets affected by the recall and another that was hit by a car. I felt so bad for those people!

We also saw the largest basset hound we have ever seen, whom bernice fell in love with. Bernice got to play with him while we were waiting. (so cute, i wish i brought my camera)

All in all, bernice is in excellent health! She hasn't gained a lb. (wish me and tank could say the same! lol)

I asked the vet about her teeth and how they are wearing down so quickly. she is an avid chewer and loves to chew all the time! the vet said that I should give her softer things to chew on. no more hard nylabones and the like.

so, that's our report!

Glad to hear Bernice had a clean bill of health! I worry about Bosley's teeth because he is chewing all the time, but I don't think the the pizzles are hard enough to cause a problem.

CONGRATULATIONS BERNICE ON YOUR GOOD REPORT CARD!

Glad to hear she had a good check up and made a new friend .

I'm glad we don't have to go to the vet any time soon, I too would be saddened by the pets affected by the recalls.

let's see, her b-day is 11-1-04, so that makes her just under 2 1/2 yrs old (feel free to check my math) lol

I'm so glad to hear of the great report! But then what did I expect from a great Mom like you! Way to go!! I, too feel bad for the ones whose pets were affected by the recalled food. They must have been very worried.

Keep up the great work!!
