Thumbs down Low Thyroid for Marlee

Well the results came in finally, Marlee has low thyroid. The Vet seems to think that stress affected her Adrenal Gland and triggered Auto-immune problems.Somehow this ties all together with the Thyroid too. So she will be put on Thyroid meds and still have to continue with Cortizone. I am happy to have some sort of an answer, but still bothered that it may be a long process of guessing and more tests to pinpoint all of the skin issues. She looks beautiful right now, but it is only temporary. I would love to get my hands on whoever neglected her and possibly caused her condition now! So, not bad news really, but not good either.
