My dog often will eat anything she can get in her mouth. She's never seem to have a problem before from doing this. Today we caught her eating something and scolder her to stop it, but it was too late she swallowed it. Since then she's been acting like it hurts to swallow. She bobs her head when she does. She can swallow food and drink and breath fine so it doesn't seem like anythings lodged in there. She has been vomitting and recently started to panting. Nothing is in her vomit that seems to blame for it. She keeps licking the floor too. We can't get to a vet, but if this seems like an emergency we'll have to find a way. Hopefully, shes just sick and will get better on her own....ANY IDEAS??? (she also just started eating grass a second ago)

Get her to a vet. There could be something lodge anywhere in her intestinal system. Until then feed her bread since it is a thick substance it might help push a small blockage through if it is in the throat. Once it hits the stomach it does no good. Check her abdominal area. Is she bloated or sensitive? Does she let you touch her all over? If she doesn't get her to the vet right away. Best of luck. Hope all works out.

Dogs eat grass intentionally to clean the gut, it can make them vomit, or can pass naturally, it is a sign that she is'nt feeling well, GET HER TO A VET asap, feed nothing, she may need urgent attention, remove water as well, sounds like she has ingested a poision.
Ring a vet, ask for advise in the meantime!!!
