My dog peed on my bed... and fitted carpet :help

I have this amazing energetic happy companion called Nia who looks like the Spot, the Simpsons dog. These past 3 days she peed on my bed and on our fitted carpet – which is strange because she never gave us problems even she was a puppy! She is 3 years old now. She didn’t show any changes in character or diet... my cousin (a vet assistant) said that it might be a bladder infection. Does anyone have any advice? She is not in pain – everything is normal except for the patches of pee on our linen

Take her into a vet and get her checked for UTIs(urinary tract infections) and other health issues. That's the first thing to do whenever any animal starts randomly peeing where it normally doesn't. I suppose it could also be hormonal like ovarian cysts. You need a good vet to check for health issues first. 2nd I'd start looking into behavioral issues but only after all potential health problems are ruled out. Something new in the house especially animal or human could cause sudden peeing especially on a bed. Any other recent stress you can think of could cause her to do it as well.

I know my cats have peed even pooped in my bed if they have gotten mad at me over something...it has to be really bad..like bringing home Hudson or moving but they have done it to show that they are mad.

Do you have someone new in your bed that your pooch is trying to say this is my mom and my bed...

Keep us updated on what is going on...and POST A PIC OF THE POOCH we want to see her.
