"Kobie"

I will be heading a few hours north on Tuesday to pick up "Kobie". He is a 10 month old, male, red, natural eared Doberman Pinscher.
He has been tied out his whole life, and is VERY timid. The shelter will only allow him to go to an approved rescue.
She says hes not aggressive, just needs some work and patience. If I get there and feel hes too much I wont take him, but I really dont think I will come home Dobe less
My feeling is Clifford will be fine with him, I think Kobie will be submissive, and allow Clifford to be his needed leader.

I WILL of course post pictures when I get him.

Pitbull_Lover09 is on a distinguished road
Congrats on the new puppy! I hope everything works out for the two of you! It seems he is going to have a great home! What caught my eye is your Dobie's name "Kobie" because my pitbull puppy's name is "Kobi" haha. It is spelt different but prononced the same!

Dobermom to the rescue again!!! I honestly don't understand the Dobie outside 24/7 thing! Especially in the colder climates....

Who in their right mind leaves a dog outside 24/7 and the dog is just a pup! I don't think I will ever understand people. I think Kobie will do fine with Clifford as his Mentor. Be safe on the roads Dobermom.

Thanks Dobermom, you're great! I just don't understand anyone that would leave a dog outside all the time. From my experience our dobermans were like velcro to us, they would have been miserable away from the family. Good luck, I will keep my fingers crossed for good luck.

That's wonderful that you're there for another kid in need! Can't wait to see his pictures! At his young still impressionable age, he'll probably eat up all the kindness, attention and comfort in being a part of a home instead of a lawn ornament! Best of luck with him Dobermom.
