tick danger and vaccine against piroplasmos
Hey!
I'm so far from you that you can't imagine I'm from Ukraine. Got one beautiful dog named Gretta that i'm loving so much. Today she is in danger again, she was poisoned by tick and having piroplasmos second time during last two month. We all here in ukraine know here that there is no vaccine against tick, there is only drugs that helping to recover from piroplasmos. I'm using Frontline to protect my dog but its not helping. The doctors said that in USA there is a vaccine against ticks and piroplasmos, so even if the dog was poisoned by tick he not becoming sick with piroplasmos. The duration of this vaccine is 1-2 years. They told for sure its possible. They even told me the name of that drug: Fort Dodge (i think its trademark) Vaccine against Balesios(Piroplasmos) Can you tell me is its possible and what is exactly name of that vaccine. I've tried to find something sounds similar to that in internet but was unlucky. So, looking forward for your help. Thanks in advance |
