I've found that most Schutzhund clubs are for GSDs only.

My neighbors have 2 GSD's they are pretty active in it.

I do Schutzhund training with my Belgian Malinois, I did a few with Beauceron, and GSD.

I don't believe Ariel will be suited to this training. She is relatively fearless and very trainable but I don't think she could "attack" the training dummy. She's just too lovable.

You might want to check out something called "RINGSPORT". It is high end obedience training.

The Top Dog dog sports company does their shutzhund filming in Vancouver... all the GSDs in the Vancouver police dept. compete... but I've never gone to watch.
