Another Collie At The Shelter We Got Casey From.
I just spoke to the local shelter director and she informed me that a very young dog was found wondering right after a thunderstorm on Tuesday. She thinks she may be a collie but she isn't sure. She said she has a shorter coat and is mostly white. She thought it may be a cross or a smooth collie. This dog apparently has the long face and some strong Collie characteristics.
I'm going over to the shelter to see her now. She has only been at the shelter for 4 days and if she's unclaimed she'll be available for adoption in another 3 days. Who wants to see pics? Dan

Collie come in smooth coat and white collies with brown patches do happen.Can't wait to see some pictures.

Hi all,
I just got back from the shelter and I took some shots of this little girl. She looks like she's about 6 to 8 months old. She has cut her adult teeth but they are not all the way in. Here she is in her kennel. She may be a Border Collie Mix. She's a very sweet dog.

She is a beautiful mix! When I first saw her I thought BC but it could be a smooth as well. Whatever she is she is very cute and I'm sure she'll find a wonderful home.
