Denver will be leaving soon

Denver, my five month old foster will be leaving next Wednesday. He has an appointment for his neuter on Saturday and then he is available for adoption. I may not get him back. At his age he will go fast. His brother is already gone and I expect him to be as well. He's a special little boy though and will make someone a very fine pet.

Brandi Judy and foster Denver

From your other threads about Denver he sounds like he's a lovely little boy that is going to make someone a wonderful forever friend!

Yes Brandi will miss Denver. They've started playing together now and he has to leave on Wednesday. She'll adjust to his leaving the same as she adjusted to his coming into her house. I find that she doesn't do as well in her training when there is another dog in the house to distract her. Even when I take her outside alone to work with her, Denver howls so loud from being left that we can hear him all the way down to the dog park. So when he goes back to rescue central for his neuter and then on to his forever home we will be able to get ack to her lessons again.

I feel your pain with the training! I've had to get very creative with these guys to keep mine in line and continuing and to work with the fosters! So far, it's working out ok (most of the time ).
Sounds like you may need to take a small break and find Brandi another friend to share time with???
