Hey there all, this is your friend Allie. Hope you are all having a nice week. Ok I know I should just read info online or get a book but I was thinking maybe other people with a Dobie or other people with puppies might have the anwser. My vet says that Dasiy my doberman pinscher is 5 months old. But I was talking to neighboors & they were saying that Dasiy being 5 months old is impossible.
Ok as far as I know Dasiy hasn't lost any of her baby teeth. The teeth she has are rounded not pointy. Don't know if her teeth are suppost to be pointy. I don't know if this means anything. I give Dasiy bones & it takes forever for her to finish 1 bone. Do any of you know if the answer. Thank you .. Have a great day. |

dogs teeth wear differently, i would go by the vets guess. if i remember correctly, my pups teeth were pointy and sharp as puppies and more smooth when their adult teeth came in, even at first.

Vets usually determine age by looking at the teeth. Pups start to lose their baby teeth around 3-5 months of age, so it's possibly that they're already gone, or she hasn't lost them yet.
