First of all, I am very heavily opposed to paper training, unless you do not plan to have him go outside at all...

CRATE TRAINING.

Have a crate, just big enough to stand up and lie down in. Put him in whenever you cannot watch him. (Includes sleeping hours) Even if you're turning your back for a second, to the crate. Keep a schedule, for both eating and potty breaks. Say, he eats at 7AM, 12 PM and 5 PM, and scheduled potty breaks at every hour and a half. Put him on a leash, and tie it to your belt loop to watch him at all times, and if you can't have him attached to you, to the crate. If you catch him sniffing, or being edgy in the house, go outside. If you catch him in the middle of something, give him a stern "NO!", pick him up and carry him outside.

LOTS of verbal praise for going in the right places.

Consistency is key. Good luck.

I had to laugh at your wording "an easy way". At 6 weeks it is unlikely your puppy will be able to hold it very long. Crating is the BEST way - safest for your home and the puppy. The fewer "mistakes" in the house the easier it will be.

At this age, I would recommend taking him/her out every 50 minutes or so when you are with him.

Lol I would do that but I can't until like 2 or 3 weeks or so. We took him to the vet cause I got him on Friday and he has ear mites (common in puppies) but they suggested I do NOT take him outside unless to go to the car for a ride to the vet in 2 weeks..So..I guess crating will do the trick. But maybe not because he don't make a very BIG mess..Ah..Oh well lol I'll try crating.

Since you can't take him outside at all, yes, paper will have to do it. From the crate, on to the paper, praise for going on paper, etc, etc. Carry him from the crate to the paper, don't let him walk.

Then when time comes that he's allowed outside, begin training to outside immediately. Remove all paper from the house, and clean thoroughly. If he will not go outside, try putting newspaper on the grass, and eventually take the paper away.
