chihuahua weight/size

Does anyone know how big/how heavy an 11 week old chihuahua puppy is suppose to be?? some of my chihuahua owning friends are telling me that Mischa is tiny. could she perhaps be a tea cup chihuahua?!

she weighs 700grams right now and is 28cm from snout to tail.

Chihuahuas are so tiny, a little bit of a deviation in weight, is proportionately alot. I don't think she's undersized.

0.7 kg = 1.5 lbs, not quite 3 weeks old. Sounds chihuahua sized to me. Just keep feeding her as a growing puppy.

My bad. LOL. That would be huge. Whoops, one of these days, I'll consider proofreading.

So okay, 1.5 pounds, not quite 3 MONTHS.

Happy now, picky HeartSong ?

Ah!! someone else made a mistake...hee hee, join the ranks Moo..(HEARWORM).
Actually that was on Heartsong's thread too wasn't it, are you the mistake soldier Heartsong, lmao. Look out Moo, Yoda and Heartsong have joined ranks. lol.

Now back to the question at hand, you can tell if your pup is underweight, check the last 3 ribs, if they are visible then feed her up, if you can not see them but feel them under her skin then she is in perfect health.
It doesn't matter if she is undersize, so long as you love her and she loves you.
