Adoption of Fredonia ---UPDATE with Snapshots!
OK, if I am doing this right (!) I should have some snaps of little Miss Fredonia from this past weekend here:
   She's really coming along! Three months ago she hid in corners and shook with fear...and now we're beginning to teach her how to go on a lead and how to sit! WHAT a sweetheart I lucked into having!

Where did you come up with the name, I love it and it fits her so well. I just love Chi's and she is adorable!!!!

Yeh, I love her name, too! But I didn't name her...the Rescue group did that. Believe it or not, they were just taking names off of the map of Arizona (my state) and there's a small town named Fredonia and that got stuck on her.
And, it fits! She is just the most dainty little Miss...quite the little lady, and so I call her Miss Fredonia!  I just ADORE this little Chi. I am SO LUCKY!!!! Best thing I ever did.

Aren't they wonderful?? I just visited a neighbor who just got a little chi pup. She's the most beautiful color with a little white chest and feet. Her name is Sienna and that is her color too!
Little Fredonia is just too cute for words. Ah, I miss my Chi. But I really got my Chi fix today. I took some stuff over for our local Chi. Rescue garage sale and got assaulted by about 15 of the little cuties! But I have to say, Fredonia is one of the cutest I've seen!!

     Bosley Slave that really cracked me up...what a picture! It also reminded me of the time my hubby and I attended a Chihuahua Dog Show here in town...they actually held it in the ballroom of the local Holiday Inn! THREE HUNDRED little Chi's...it was HYSTERICAL! I LOVED it. That was when I knew that eventually I wanted one. I fell in LUV.  And, aren't surprises great? I had no real plans to get a new dog, but just happened to see her photo by accident...and HAD to meet her! For those first few weeks I truly wondered if it was the right decision because she was so scared and damaged...but, three months later I KNOW it was meant to be! She's just my little darlin'!
