o dear

eeeek i was getting my mail tonight and on the other side of the fence of a storage area and two dogs more like puppies ran up to me they had no collors and i got in my jeep and followed the fenceline they chased me the whole way. we got to a wooded area and the fence ended. and they followed me home lol really they did. well they are now in my yard. i got them some food and gave them some water. they dont look like they are in bad shape and are about 6months or older. they look like terrier mixes. i am going to call my land lord i really hope they have a home. if not i guess i will have to find them one. /blink lol well i guess you cant plan for everything.

/blink

I wonder if someone just dumped them. I would call your ASPCA or animal control. Maybe their owner is looking for them.

Then I would knock on the neighbors door and play dumb. Tell your neighbor "I found these dogs outside with no collars or tags on....they sure were hungry so I fed them. By any chance are they your dogs?"

well thats what i just got back doing. apparently there have been nieghbours wondering about these strange dogs running together. they have been around for a few days. think i am going to call the aspca. and even pet smart. they dont seem trained but then again they dont know me every well. i think they grew up together either they were dumped or escaped from somewhere.

So they are not your neighbors then aye? I would call animal control....they have to belong to someone. This happened also to my inlaws....my fahter in law found a baby great pyr just wandering around...pretty dirty and very hungry and no tags. He called animal control and they came and tokk the dog. It seems the dog had broken lose a few days before that and the owners were frantic looking for the pup.

In my case I am glad that the owners had called animal control and so did my father in law and there was a happy reunion....if not, that little pyr would have been mine.

I hope they are just lost and someone is looking for them! I hate thinking people just dump them off even though I know it happens...
Let us know what happens. And thank you for taking them in. They shouldn't be loose regardless of how it happened. They're babies and need to be safe and cared for.

I agree teresa...They sound cute, and it also sounds like they new you were a dog person since they followed you. I would have looked all over for there owners just like you...lol

I was gonna say I have never found a lost dog but I lied...lol I have found three and found there owners the same day. The one I found three times...she always got out of there yard and she always seemed to find me...lol She was a beagle, I almost got to keep her they were trying to get rid of her but we were in a rental house and we couldnt have dogs...the other two were a pair that also new how to get out o there house, i didnt meet there owners i had to go to work so my dad took care of them. They were a lab and a golden...anyways hope you find there home...
