Dobermom - you are right about the temperature. It was minus 30C that evening. Even so she's covered in dog slobber from her friends.

Gosh, Ariel is ALREADY a step ahead of Kirby. The first this I noticed is that Ariel jumps properly. Kirby does not, he jumps with all the power coming from his front legs, therefore, if he has to make a sharp turn, he would probably wipe out. Ariel jumps with back muscle. Look at that Kirby.

In the first pic, she looks so focused.. like she knows there's a finish line and all she can do it get there!

In the second one, she looks like a little kid outside in the cold seeing their breath for the first time!
