Lindsey what is a "Suptic" is it a septic tank where your toliets empty into? Or something else. I agree with Ellie that you should seek professional help if your dog has shown signs of illness.

Yeah I ment Septic, We won't be able to get him in till Tommarow, I will not sleep tonight , I love him, He is a beauty, A "Bird" Dog, That is A breeder in Kansas, He is show quality, but was not able to show because of "Somthing" didn't "Drop", So we got him, He was also The pick Of the Liter. He has almosst died becuse he swalloed Socks, He is so dumb, but sweet, He has never bitten, Or growled at anybody.

Thanks for letting me rable on, I just love my dogs.

Golden, if you have an emergency vet centre in your area, you can always try giving them a phone call. I was unable to find septic posioning listed anywhere but a quick call to them would ease your worries. They can only say no - they can't help you without seeing her - nothing gained/nothing lost but a phone call.

I had a dog run thru that muck before just used dishwashing detergent to clean the "you know what" off. I have heard of goats, etc grazing off a septic drain field without any ill effects.

Please let us know what happens.
