Cool Dobie with lupus and incontinance at night

Well after her spay Mariah became incontinant at night for which she is on estreogen to control and at 2 she is 3 in April she was diagnosed with Lupus. Her nose is clear now but it has moved into her eyes, she went blind as it attacked her retina after a lot off treatment with eye drops and prednisone she can see again but its a waiting game. Anyone else have any ides on diet or alternative forms of natural treatment I hate to drug her as I have to now.

I'm sorry to hear about your dog, I don't have any advice or experience I'm afraid, but just wanted to say hope you can find something out from the others on here.
