BrightStar German Shepherd Rescue

Is this rescue a good rescue? I contacted them to try to place Mia and Halo through them. I just need to make sure these guys are going to go to a good home. I'm so worried that someone won't be the right family. I don't want them to go through a hundred different homes. I e-mailed them my information. I talked to Leann and she seemed like a nice person.

If I rehome one my mom says the other one still has to stay outside. I hate doing this, I really do but I'd do anything to stop my mom's whole "your dad is gone so I'm gonna change everything" My mom stopped by canidae and put them on Ol' Roy and kicked them out of the house. She won't budge and I've been bugging her since she did this. I can't go out and buy the food because I can't drive. I would order it offline but I don't have a credit card . The only thing I could do is order it out of a catalog which is what I plan on doing.

That's upsetting.

Curious, what about the Malts? How does she treat them? Has she fallen victim to the little novelty dog?

Yes she has. I mean that dog does no wrong. She doesn't even want to train him. I work with him.

That's ridiculous IMO of how your mom is treating these dogs and you said she basically treats the small one like gold? *shakes head* Regardless of breed or size, they're still a part of the family and deserve to be loved...
I haven't heard of the rescue before, but I hope, that if you do go through them, they get loving homes

How I love my dad! He convinced my mom to let me keep Halo and bring her inside if Mia goes. My mom loves them just was raised with dogs living outdoors. I know it's terrible how she treats them and I hate it. I'm already ordering a big bed for who ever is here for christmas.
