My (Ariel's actually) turn

When Ariel gave blood, they shaved her neck in two spots. It must itch like the dickens. She's keeps scratching to the point that it's bleeding. Here is a picture of her highness in my bed but you can clearly see the problem on her neck. It's better today with some TLC.

It's certainly nothing serious and Kirby's probably laughing his stitches loose because it's so little.

But I wanted to share it because STUFF happens.

Ohhh, poor Ariel. Just look at that face! I'm so glad we don't have to have blood taken from our necks, just gives me the shudders.

Oh Ouch Ariel. Gosh, that does look like it hurts. Surface, right where all the nerves are. Ariel says "Mum, don't take pictures when my coat is imperfect!"

PS Dax - I think you need to adjust the date on your camera.

Add to that Sadie with lost puppies, Tanner with a stitch problem, Roslynd with a bloody nose and Paris missing.

This is all in the last 2-3 days. Boy, oh, boy, something has sent everything off kilter.

Awww poor baby You can bet that wasnt in her best interest to do that. Maybe get an e-collar (elizabethan collar a.k.a cone) and put it on her for now.

It does look sore!
E-collar is a good idea, but it may end up rubbing the spot depending on how it fits.
Could you get a turtle neck shirt on her?

Moo...Meka had a hurt paw too.

Aww, poor girl, she looks sore. Rudy and Jenna send wet licks and doggies hugs.

What is it with these dogs ? Rudy and Jenna have to be comfy when they lay down and it looks like Ariel does too ! Jenna will go to all kinds of trouble to ball up her bed to make it as cushy as possible and Rudy wll not just lie on the floor, oh no, he has to have his pillow bed or he sneaks into the bedroom and hops on the bed with his head on the pillow !!!!!! Silly dogs.
