New Great Dane Rescue in Oklahoma

I saw an ad for a Great Dane Rescue in Kendrick, Oklahoma that just opened up. I thought I'd post it here in case anyone is looking for a rescue in that area. Their email address is daneloverkendrick@yahoo.com. They will take other dogs right now too but their main priority is Great Danes.

Nope, that's all the information they gave. I'm guessing since it's new that they haven't had the time or fundings to do much more advertising than that. And of course as with any rescue, one should ask questions and check out the facilities if you can to make sure it is the appropriate place to surrender your dog to.

I have a friend who is VERY active in danes in Okie...I'll ask her if she knows anything about them.

Some rescues have a network of volunteers that covers multiple states. In that case, their range of adoptions is broader, because they have volunteers able to do the legwork (home visits, and other face to face meetings that can't be accomplished via email or phone) in other states.

My group has volunteers throughout many states, so we are able to adopt out to many states.
