Not only does my little maltese still have a rather large lump on her back after her vaccination but it also change her skin pigmentation too. Anyone else have this to happen to them?

Kenny - it's been almost a week. Call your vet. Like I previously said, it's not uncommon for the vaccines to lower a dog immunity to other things.
