Help! Will he survive?

Ok It's going to be -35 degrees celcius tommorrow not including wind chills.

Heres my situation, my parents have my dog while I am in the process of moving north. They are both at work tommorrow during the day, so my dog will have to be outside in the cold.

Will he be ok!? He is a siberian husky and he has a insulated dog house with blankets and doggie beds. Its right up against the house and faced so no wind can enter.

What else can I tell them to do for him!? He is not a big eater, and he always has food available.

Thanks for your help!

Is your dog conditioned to the outside, meaning is he already an outside dog? Is his coat outside ready (meaning is it full, dense undercoat) - if not, then I think you probably already know the answer.

My opinion: He will be fine! He's a Sib, no matter what the condition!
He has the nessecary bagage to be ok in cold weather...

We have an American Eskimo at home, and no matter what, she's a winter dog...
Even if she goes outside only for potty, she's still adapted for winter temperatures! She has her winter coat on and I would'nt fear for her health...

Your dog has a shield dog house with blankies... I think he's fine!
But's that's my opinion!
Wait for more!

He usually sleeps outside at night, and is usually outside during the day when no one is home. However, he has been sleeping inside at night because it has been so cold. He will be outside for a little over 8 hours tommorrow.

He has a pretty good coat, but is a half in/half out dog.

Where are you located? Here they are calling for 30 below with windchill. Actual temp about 10 below. Still cold biutMAJOR difference. If it is 35 belowe with windchill and he is out of the wind, then I think he will be ok

He's in the city, so its not AS windy and he does have his dog house to go in. We are used to -20,-25 degree weather...that is the norm but not THIS cold!
