My cousins dog is humping everything in sight
As the title says he humping absoutly everything! What should I do? I am so confused.

How old is the dog? Male? Female? Spayed or Neutered? If it not spayed or neutered,& it is over 6 months,it is sexually mature.And what they are trying to do is relieve themselves of their adult sexual urges.If they have a problem w/ this,they need to have it spayed or neutered.If it IS spayed or neutered,the problem maybe that it is just showing dominance.

Hes about 2 years old. Its a boy. Neutered. Thats why I am confused.

Usually when trying to show dominance they hump other dogs. Was the dog late to be spayed or neutered?

X - not always...I had a dog who was neutered on time & still humped things to show dominance...

Not all hormones are removed during neutering. Some sex hormones come from the pituitary gland, located at the base of the brain. It could still be a sexual outlet.

If it bothers you - training is your only hope. A spray bottle or even keeping him on the leash. A quick correction whenever (absolutely every time) should give him the message. But everybody probably laughs & enjoys when Teddy is "getting it".
