OH, AgilityPup, I'm so sorry to hear your Sasha's having problems!!!

Well, we took her because she was panting a lot, hasn't eaten in 2 days, and was oddly cuddly.
We went to a vet who charged us 100$ for just being seen, then 45 more for a shot, and some pills... The vet poked, proded, and gave her a shot and said "If you'd like we can keep her here tonight, so tomorrow we can try to figure out what it is." We said no, Sasha has never been away from us in her 9 years of life... We're going to find a different vet for tomorrow, for blood work, and x-rays. I didn't like the vet we went to today (she was the vet on call), because she wouldn't let me hold my own dog! She brought is in and said "Let soandso hold her, you two go sit over there" Sasha freaked out, and she would shush us when we said "You're okay Sasha" or tell us she was fine. Anywho, we don't know what's wrong, but I feel safe ruling out heart mumrmer, and a utireus (sp) infection. Thanks for your prayers/hugs/good vibes/ fingers crossed. We still need them, keep 'em coming!

 Oh, great, a vet who overcharges and is overcontrolling and STILL hasn't nailed it. I'm really sorry that you had to deal with that on top of your worry about your dog. Hmmmm...panting, no appetite, insecure cuddly...wow...definitely something isn't right there...could Sasha have eaten something up off the floor that's giving her gastro pain? I'm wondering about the panting and no appetite----maybe she's just uncomfortable in her tum? Wow, I dunno, girl...anyone with more experience have any idea about such symptoms for Agility Pup's doggie???
