Foster dog Parker

I'll be picking up Parker on Sunday. He is an owner turn in. They adopted him from our rescue six months ago and he is just not working out in their household. The family is gone all day long and Parker needs someone to give him a job, he's a very busy boy! Their nine year old samoyed is being tormented constantly by this very active fellow so we elected to take him back into rescue and find him a home that will give him the attention he needs.

They are heart broken that things didn't work out but we promised them that we would find the perfect home for him.

Yes we would approve them again. They have shown responsibility in that they realize that their household isn't a good match for Parker. That gives us the insight to continue to look for another more suitable companion for their home.

Thats awsome for them to realize that! I hope he gets a good home this time around.

Maybe a older/calmer dog would be better for that family?

At least they're not just dropping him off at some shelter or somewhere! They sound very responsible...good for them! It also makes me happy that they have a senior dog. He'll get a good home...I'm sure of that! He's sure one hunk of a dog, too.

Sorry it didn't work out for him - he needs to go to an athlete, maybe a jogging fanatic or someone who enjoys biking, hiking. So glad they didn't dump him...pretty boy

I hope his next landing proves to be his perfect match!
You are much kinder than I am about a return under those circumstances!
