Up date on Keeda

The vet called me and told me that all the test came back NEG. BUT the one and it is her large intestines. Keeda's intestines are not putting out the fiber that it takes to make her poop firm. So now the vet put her on a dietary fiber supplement to see if that would help. Keeda gets 1 teaspoon 2 times a day over her food. The vet said that Keeda might grow it when she gets older. At least now i know what is wrong with her.

sounds like epi to me have they tested for it?

jnc_mcguire just a suggestion start giving her raw yogurt; not the stuff in the regular market but what is in health food stores - if you can't find a HFS then yes regular market is good. Make sure it has bifido bacteria and lactobacillus both are going to give her good gut bacteria and regulate the bowel.

They're holistic and what human doctors recommend for those with gut problems.

What is epi? here is what she ran on keeda
1.Salmoruk
2.Camphylobacter.
3.Yessinia
4.Clestindium

I will see if i can find a HFS and see if that will help.

That was very helpful to me thanks for the info. I will print a copy and give to my vet. This morning her poop is starting to furm up. By what the vet told me to get for her.
