Got a sick dog

Clifford is not feeling good! Last night he puked twice, didn't think much of it. This morning he puked again, a HUGE clump of grass. His nose is dripping snot. He is moving about at a slow pace, no interest in food or water.
Could this be flu like? Is it serious enough for a trip to the vet?

It's likely nothing but I would go to the vet anyway. I hate to see my babies suffer if with some good meds they would heal up faster.

It does sound like a cold or flu.

I am going to watch him for the next couple of hours, and probably go to the Vet Saturday.

Sounds nasty... I'd take away treats, give him 24 hours, then see how he is.

He seems to be doing better already. He has not puked since morning and no more snot nose. He did eat, I didn't give him his usual amount.

Aww big hugs and cuddles...hope he is a lot better soon. Stuffy noses put them off their food too, they can't smell it so good.
Don't be surprised if he refuses food somewhat till he is much better.

Clifford got lots of hugs and cuddles, I was home with him all day! We spent our day in bed or on the couch, it was wonderful!

Sorry I missed this thread. How id]s Clifford doing today ?

Our dogs have never been sick like that. They eat grass and **** but never the runny nose thing. Hope he is better.
