Need help quick!

My pitt bull/rottweiler has recently been getting these two golf ball sized balls on both sides of his penis. Today, he can't get up. He did get up once, but fell down after a few seconds. The vet can't see him until 3:30 tomorrow. What can I do until then? What do I give him? I can go to tractor supply and get something, I just do not want him in pain. He keeps lifting his leg and showing us like it is hurting him.

Oh absolutely, emergency vet - on the dachshund forum there was a little male who lost his penis because his owner didn't react fast enough. His life was saved (at over 2k surgery) but he's sans penis now the vet rebuilt so he looks to have a vulva.

Because she left it so long the muscle had started to die and go septic. Full penile removal and rebuild urethria.

There's a Bichon that comes into my work that has that, he still has his penis but he goes pee through his vulva. I don't know why he has that though.

Just a side note -- this could also be normal. There are glands along the penis that enlarge when the dog becomes excited.
