Weight loss tips?
Recently the vet told us that our dog is overweight...haha He loves to eat so much! Hes supposed to be 65 lbs but he was around 73? We've changed his diet and he lost about 3 lbs. Do any of you have suggestions?
Oh and also, he runs 3 times a week with my dad

Dax has to lose 25lbs The vet put her on Hills R/D diet. She lost 6 lbs in one month. It might be good to go that route and then a senior food once you've reached his ideal weight. Daily exercise with another dog I find helps the most. I could never (short of making them run besides the car LOL) give then the same workout. They run, jump and wrestle using a lot more muscles - thus burning more calories.
