eye infection

harrison just called me to tell me that faye apparently has green gunk coming from one of her eyes and he said she keeps rubbing it...so sounds like she has an eye infection...which with my luck she will pass on to the other girls...pout...we are going to see how it is tonight and tomorrow and then if its no better we will call the vet for an appointment...right around when we first got dixie gadgets eyes got super oozy and gross...i decided to watch it over night and by the next day she was fine so hopefully faye will be the same...although if its green like he says im not holding my breath on that one

Check the ear on the same side- sometimes things are related.
It wouldn't hurt at all to irrigate that eye with some eye wash, either.

Eye wash
Human saline solution eye wash. I wouldn't use Visine or any tetrahydrozaline eye "drops" stuff- just plain eye wash.

It feels good!
I love using eye wash, the dogs certainly don't mind, and even my cats halfway enjoy it!
