Red face Ariel peed in the house

On Sunday morning Ariel peed in the house. This is the first time since she was 7 months old (she’s 14 months old now). I heard her get up around 7 am – go to the spare bedroom and return to her bed.

Now she did have some ham the nite before and it was salty but why didn’t she go down the stairs – outside and return. Here are my suspected reasons;

a) Thyroid condition – she wasn’t feeling all that well (she is behaving a little subdued at the park)
b) A test – testing us to see if we would correct her. After all Daddy gets up and goes into another room.
c) Bladder infection – not likely but possible.

Well she didn’t go in the house last nite but I didn’t get much sleep listening if she would get up.

It might also have been a fluke. She is still pretty young!

Oh, Dax, Tanner pee'd in the house on Saturday. So what is going on with these canines? I just think Tanner was being spiteful and stressed about his displacement from his house for the weekend. Because he is acting fine.

I don't really know what to say. Watch her potty habits. Is she going more than normal? Squatting and nothing coming out? Apparent discomfort when going potty? If so then I would lean more to a UTI or bladder infection/bladder stone.

Otherwise, having dealt with a thyroid problem already, you know what to look for in the behavioral changes. I would monitor her behavior closely for the next couple of days.

Hopefully, she was just having an off night, maybe was a bit over tired and a bit discombobulated (LOL, I love that word) and just really had to go.

I hope she is feeling better and that she has no more accidents.

Meka peed in the house Thursday morning. Same deal, I have no idea why. I was actually in the other room on the computer. She has not done this since I got her. I have had her about 7 months.
Knowing Meka, I would say its a test.
Must have been pee in the house week!

Could have just been a test. Don't go too nuts just yet, Dax.

It's a spare bedroom. Ariel's got her wheels turning. Nobody sleeps here, they won't notice!

Get a cat Dax. Zanie was trying to cover up Tanner's mess. I thought that was very nice of Zanie since he hates Tanner, LOL

Moo it's the bedroom right next to the bathroom too. I say she's learning that from the hubby. He gets up a few times a night and comes right back to bed. I certainly couldn't stay made at her. LOL.
