Kraemer update!!!!!!!!!!

I was just browsing the shepherd rescue site and found a page on Kraemer. He has a brother that looks almost identical to him, lol. He is doing great in his home and is a true member of the family.

I really needed to see this. I've always wondered how his new home turned out. I still miss that boy desperately at times. He was a pleasure to foster, even if he did try me at times.

Can you figure out which one is him? LOL, there's only one significant difference between the two.

To be honest, I don't really remember what Kraemer looks like , but I think he had a plush tail, so I'm gonna say that he's on the left.

Yep, you all are right. He is on the left! He's semi-rough coated, that's the main difference, but yes, Newbie, he is a little ligther.

He looks awesome, happy, loved! So great to see!!! Nothing like an update on a foster to recharge ones batteries or lift the spirit!!!

I remember he was with you when I joined PDG. I followed his story close as I was still trying to get my big toe into fostering / rescue. I think I missed the toe and fell in!!! LOL

Tell me about it. After Kraemer, I had such a hard time with the idea of fostering again. When we got Dixie, we had talked about possibly just fostering her so that she wasn't stuck in a kennel all the time, but once she got here I fell in love. I knew immediately that I would NEVER say goodbye to her until one of us dies. I couldn't have handled it.

I do feel a lot better knowing Kraemer is in the right home. I am glad I let myself let him go. I also know that Dixie is in the right home, too. She and I were meant to be.
